FALSE ADVERTISING BY WE BUY CARS

I have bought a vehicle at We Buy Cars at Midstream Branch, I have purchased this vehicle having been told that is has power steering by the sales executive and on black and white given to us by the DEKRA Report.

I could have bought the other vehicle that was cheaper that has the power steering, I have made the complaint, but till today, I need to phone back after numerous emails to the consultant, having to request feedback with no satisfaction in service.

This is poor service from We Buy Cars as this is FALSE advertising and my complaint are still kept in sorry we can't ASSIST!!!

I have been told by the consultant to get my vehicle back at the selling branch for the inspection, I'm staying in Sasolburg and would have had the petrol expense on my account as they keep on rejecting my complaint. THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE.

I have spent money on the vehicle to get it through the roadworthy test and registering it on my name.

We exclusively used we buy cars to buy vehicles due to the Dekra report being supp****. This report indicates exactly if something was wrong with the car giving peace of mind in your purchase.

What should my next step be?
