False advertising and poor service

Cape town epping branch is false advertising vehicles,I bought a vehicle which stated full service history,the day of pic up the vehicle was not even cleaned or presentable,shafik said he is getting me a new service book because the old book has coffee stains,I had layed a complaint with jez floor manager and ridwan but these guys kept making excuses,today I have no service history or service book from webuycars.how does this company expect me to sell this vehicle with out a service book?
