False advertising and no feedback

We got the add stating 2010 Suzuki GSXR 1000 Bike. Firstly the agent was not very eager to assist only when someone else seemed interested in the bike did he start sending me the photos and info I requested as I was not allowed to deal with another agent. We fetched the bike on Friday 5 January 2024 on all the documents it states 2010 Suzuki GSXR 1000 and yesterday morning 8 January 2024 we notoced on the tag on the key it says 2008 model. This is not what we were beloeved to be and bought the bike thinking it is a late 2009 / 2010 model. I called 3 times yesterday 8 January 2024 and asked to be phoned back but clearly that did not happen I even logged a concern that supposedly taked 48-72 hours to be investigated and until then you can forget about any feedback. I called this morning 9 January 2024 and asked to speak to a manager and was told that I need to speak to someone in the admin department as the managers are in a meeting and they don't have direct lines which is ridiculous because this means that you will never get hold of a manager and hope they phone you back.
