False advertising and bad customer service

I bought the car from WeBuy Cars on the 21 October 2023 went to collect the vehicle in Nelspruit branch upon our arrival sales guy by the name of Calvin assisted us and the vehicle had misfire and he advised us us that the vehicle was okay yesterday however if problem persist we must take the vehicle to RMA approved center , as we drove out we wanted to play music only to find out the multimedia knob is not working and called Calvin immediately who advised us to push the buttons harder as they are working which we tried but nothing . Misfire continued I then informed Calvin who booked the car with one of their workshops in Germiston which i took the vehicle the following Saturday for diagnose then the following Tuesday he told they received the quotation and their after sales budget /limit is R10k and to fix the multimedia knob will cost R13k which he will need the approval from his manager however in the mean time he will book the car in to get the misfire issue sorted while we wait for his manager . Nothing until today , guy started ignoring my calls i then logged formal complaint with webuy cars on the 13th November and lady by the name of Amanda Fourie at customer care asked me to fill in my complaint on their website which I did till today no feedback from them . I had to use my money to fix the car , misfire and and multimedia knob . Fine few weeks down the line after I was told vehcile was serviced before collecting it which I got charged for I got an error that something wrong with my braking system . KM on my vehicle according to their service and my next service do not correspond with the KM on the vehicle it self . WeBuy cars is a **** , they sell lies and after sale they show their true colors.
