False advertising

Tried to buy 3 cars already, when ever we said we want to finance through another bank. We were told the cars can't be financed cause they are B grade. But when we saw the cars online , they were listed as A grade. We buy cars then changed the grade of the cars. This is false advertising. Going to report them to Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa.
