False advertising

On the 16 September 2024, I purchased a car at We Buy Cars, I was assist by Stephen Evans from Germiston branch. After collecting the car I noticed a few issues on which I raised my concerns with the sales agent. These are the following issues, front passenger's seat belt clip, broken, a picture is attached for your ease of reference, the smell of the car, the odour is very bad and I guess, whoever was driving the car used to smoke in the car and aircon filter was supposed to be changed, Tyres are damaged, pictures taken from Tiger Wheel Sandton, are attached for your ease of reference. Stephen advised me that that was not an issue. He will order a replacement seat belt clip with KIA and a air con refresher and that he will receive those in approximately 2 days. He promised that as soon as the parts gets delivered, he will come and collect the car, change whatever needs to be changed and return it. A week passed, I sent him a 2 WhatsApp follow-up message, he did not respond. I layered a complaint with We buy cars which came to deaf ears. i am now trusting Ombusman to assist. We buy is not reliable and once the car leaves their premises you become nothing and their sales agents are friend ly when they want a sale and once they get the sale, you become a history
