False accusations

I'm not one to complain or do any negative reviews but after getting off the phone with Chelsea from WeBuyCars JHB South branch, I feel the need to say something.

I app**** for a vehicle with the buying price for R139k. all was accepted and approved, they then came back with the final amount of 163k to be financed. I then told them that I would like to bring my vehicle in to get inspected to see what they would give me for it. Chelsea phoned me with such an attitude, telling me that I have until the end of the day to decide what I want to do, while I was trying to explain to her that I would rather like to pay cash for some things and that only the vehicle would need to be financed. She then accused me of swearing at her and asking how old I am as if she can treat me differently because of my age. I am a paying customer and I would like to make 100% sure on what I am paying for and all the extras they add on.
