**** Deka report.

What a terrible experience. A business that is after your money only and then comes the 120 excuses and policies thrown in your face once you experience problems with your purchase. We bought a car from the Dome branch with very low milage and almost perfect Deka report, but once we drove the car, the car started to overheat. We tried to talk to the asales people who sold the car to us but were told to file a customer complaint. I called their Customer service and they just transferred me to the same salesman who soid the car to me and he said to me, I do not know why they put you back to me you need to take the car to our workshops. We then took the car and the workshop verified the problem. I then tried to talk to somebody in We buy Cars to see how we can resolve the problem and were told that they follow company protocol so we have to wait for feedback, 3 days later still no feedback and no car or money. All we need is value for our 140k we spend on a car we bought for our kids. We Buy Cars just want to sell and not prepared to action a problem as quickly as what they want to sell the car. Our salesman in actaul fact came several times to rush his junior salesman to beat his sales record of 9 minutes. My view!!! NEVER Buy a car from ANY We buy cars dealer you just going to end up being disappointed.
