Failure to pay my holding deposit
I gave WeBuyCars Germiston a holding deposit for a car on May 6, 2025, but I ended up buying a car from another dealer, therefore I canceled the WeBuyCars transaction on May 7. It has been over a month after I paid the holding deposit, and I have been having trouble getting my money back. I am writing this review on June 27. Every two days, I phone and am told the same falsehood: my money has been paid. I really believe that holding deposits are the largest *****, so I strongly advise against paying them.
