FAILURE TO HONOR DISCOUNT OFFER ON PURCHASE OF VEHICLE

Terrible customer service from we buy cars sales department and management in Montana Pretoria. Wanted to buy a vehicle cash payment from them. Arrived on Black Friday. Was told by their sales person that if my son arrives in a suit he will get R25k discount. 3 people heard fhis on 3 different visits to the branch. We rushed home to dress him in suit and returned. They battled to get the sale completed "due to their IT system as they only opened a few days before" according to the sales system. While there, this sales person told us they will double up this discount to R50k on this very expensive vehicle and we left at 7pm with the promise that we can return on Saturday with the same offer. I phoned this sales guy after 7pm on the way home and he confirmed on speaker phone the R50k discount will still stand for the next day. I arrived just after 8am next morning, walked straight to the same sales guy and asked him for the exact price I need to pay as the bank is on their premises. He calculated the sale price plus R2550 admin fee less R50k discount. I went to the bank, made the money available. While sitting down to do the payment, sales guy told me we have to go spin. I thought he was joking and asked if i am getting chance for even more discount When arriving at the spin counter on the floor, sales manager one Mr van Zyl told me that i have to spin to see the discount. I told him about the R50k discount promised on 3 visits to them where he blew up and told me i have to spin they cant give me R50k discount and who told me that. The sales guy was next to him but said nothing. I phoned my husband and he confirmed the promises of the discount. Sales manager said no way will they do that and if I was a business owner I would know people make mistakes and I cant expect the sales guy nor we buy cars to carry that mistake. He told me i should have read thir t&cs, which was nowhere in the building to be seen, only apparently on their website, which i have never been on.Long up and down later, phoning the regional manager, who also refused to honor the deal, I spun and it landed on only R1k. I am disgusted with their service and walked out without buying the vehicle. Dont fall for promises made by them for discounts. First and last dealing with them
