Failed Dekra Testing with Gold Sticker

I bought a car cash end of July 2023 at the Silver Lakes Branch the sale went well and the car had a gold dekra sticker so everything was okay. I took the car to Dekra and it failed the test and the technician told me to take it back to webuycars because it had the gold sticker so it was supposed to pass with no issues. I went to Silverlakes branch but got no help contacted customer care was assigned to Kimberly she hasn't resolved my query. Until this day I am still waiting.
