Failed car

I am so disappointed by the service i got and im getting from the We Buy Cars team.I recently bought a 2011 Volkswagen Polo 1.6 TDI Comfortline 5-doors Registration - NP 68389 Momkita Mabandla is the owner cash from you guys it was on the 12th of September the car was leaking when we asked Sam who was our consultant he said we shouldn't worry its nothing serious.We bought the car went home with it,when we were driving home from Durban to East London on the 14th the car just started releasing smoke and the next thing it stopped its in the middle of the night there's 2 of us and we stranded.We made means of getting it towed to East London l.Now the problem is Sam is refusing to help us we are on our own its sickening and i not happy with the service can the company call me before the end of this month please
