Extremely poor service by *********** staff !

The quality of service from the WeBuyCars in Germiston is absolutely horrible !! A deposit was made in order to reserve the car, 3 weeks later and this still has not been paid back into my account; which has now costing me interest. Are they going to pay that too !! From the sales executive to the financial consultant, no one is able to clarify where the money is or when I will receive it. I am so tired of dealing with *********** people. I will never ever buy a car from them again. Poor poor poor customer service !!
