Extremely POOR offer on my vehicle

Below an email I sent to their "Customer Service" - they dont even have the decency to respond.

I took my Audi A7 2013 (140 000km) to the Pretoria branch today for an assessment.

To my disbelieve the agent wanted to know where I bought the car from and insisted that I tell him how much I paid for it. He then said he will offer me R200000 less what I thought my vehicle is worth. And that he cant give me an exact price unless I provide him with proof of payment and a full service history. He also said that he wont give me more that R200 000 for the vehicle.

Not sure why he insisted on how much I paid for the car and the service history as this is on record so why insisting on the service history.

My car is in a very good condition and I am sure that it is easily worth about R350 000, so I have no idea why he would want to offer me this ridiculous amount. Yes I know that they are in the business of making a profit on sales, but I am sure they are not here to do people in or are they ?

I would appreciate if this matter can be escalated and investigated please. The guy that assisted me is Christopher Koekemoer.

For what its worth:
I traded 4 cars already (Z4, Lexus SUV, Touran and a Murano) and bought a Ford Ranger 2015 and a Mercedes E350 from the same branch. I also recommended two friends and they each bought a car from the same branch.

My name is Dirk, I would gladly assist in this query.
I believe you guys trade with vehicles, or for some reason you have a high turnover of vehicles, in the company - but the fact is we have received many Online Applications from you guys and we have bought a couple of vehicles from you in the past, and they had a certain thing in common, and that is that you did not own it for very long.
When we encounter a situation where a client is selling a vehicle that they only had a few months, that raises red flags and we need to be cautious and perform the cross-checks and double checks to make sure there is no ***** involved, it is common-sense.
I have a record that we indicated a price of R 210 to 220 on the Audi via your Online Application on 14/06/2017, and you brought the vehicle in anyhow for evaluation after that, at least you actually sent someone else with the vehicle, and we offered something like R200k.
I can go into detail on the reasons, policies, and dynamics that govern what we offer and why, but I don't want to go into that and sound like I am lecturing you on economics and pricing theory, so if you need to enquire about the dynamic of how things work, I would gladly try and explain. But to allege that we price vehicles wrong is the same as accusing George Clooney of poor taste.
Never in the history of mankind ever, have you had more access, resources, and information in a free-market system where you can sell your car.
Similarly, we are also free to offer what we deem fit, and we try and manage expectations, and we try to be transparent and offer a service that is consistent and fit for purpose.
I sincerely hope my response brings perspective, and aids in understanding the dynamics better.

What I would like to pursue, is what you mentioned that you sent a mail to our "Customer Service" and they did not respond.
That is something we need to pay urgent attention to.
What email did you use, where did you send that to?
I would love to follow that trail and see who failed to assist you and get back to you.
