Extremely poor offer for a Jeep Cherokee 2008 , wife had a heart attack

My wife asked Webuycars for a price on her Jeep Cherokee CRD 2008 4X4 sport. They gave her a price of R55 000, while we checked the book value to be R137 540 (car book value website)

How can Webuycars offer such a low price, that does not seem to be ethical business practice.
