Extremely Disappointed

Purchased a vehicle on the 02/08/2019 at Webuycars Jhb South. I was only told after making the full payment that the vehicle does not have registration documents and I have to wait for 21 days to receive the documents. Now am unable to drive out the country because I was sold a vehicle without registration documents. No one is willing to help on their ***. Their sales process is misleading
