Extremely BAD service received at webuycars Mbombela

Hi, I'm Mndeni, I reserved a Nissan Micra at webuycars Mbombela on Sunday and requested an offer to purchase in order to start with my finance applications. To my surprise I was given a run around by a salesman named Aaron and a lady by the name Thandekile after they promised to send the OTP before end of business on Monday. They never bothered to call and explain on the reasons of all the delays. I emailed their sales manager by the name Hannes Engelbrecht explaining to him the bad service I received from one of his staff members. Instead of him adressing the elephant in the room, he opted to instruct Thandekile to unreserve the car and send me back my funds.

I do not know if this is how webuycars treat their customers or was it just personal to me. I do not wish this treatment to happen to any other customer. They have no honour and respect for customers at webuycars Mbombela, they look down on people and they do not treat customers equal.

I hope someone sees this review and know how webuycars Mbombela treat its customers.
