Extremely bad service

The sales person at Germiston branch service is extremely poor. I bought a car and 4 days later it could no longer drive and they said after a weeks struggle that they are going to give me another car and still struggling. Sales person is ignoring calls and messages. They are very fast to take your money but the service afterwords are very very bad...
