Extreme disappointment

Bought a car from WEBUYCARS on the 1st of November 2022. The vehicle had a gold sticker on it. Apparently according to them these golden sticker cars have zero things wrong with them and have past road worthy.

1) Vehicle had plain tyres and there was no way to pass roadworthy yet it did. They told me i need to add the cost of the tyres to my finance amount and they would not cover it even thought they put the golden sticker on it. I ended up buying my own tyres.

2) The sales person told me that the services were all up to date and i took out an extended warranty with them. 3 days later i checked the service book only to find out the service is 5 months behind and if i had to claim the warranty would not cover it. I complained to the sales rep and he said head office would approve a service at FORD. I am still waiting for this 35 days later.

3) 35 days later and no licence disk or number plates.

there is zero after sales care from WEBUYCARS, it feels like you have been ******.
