Expired License Disc

Accepted delivery for a car a We Buy Cars at Dome on Saturday, 11 May 2024. Then on 12 May 2024 was stopped by the cops, seemingly the license disc expired on 29 February 2024. The cops issued a ticket and said I should give it to WBC when collecting car registration document as the dealership was suppose to have issued a temporary permit before releasing the car to me. On 13 May 2024 I contacted the sales person by the name Joshua. He said to me I must pay the ticket and they will refund me, as if people are not complaining about WBC refund processes that take forever, a tactic to not pay and own up to this. Apparently Webuycars does not have temporal permits to issue for when license disc is expired. I am not paying for this, I will hand it over to you wen fetching car papers.
