Expired licence sisk

I bought a vehicle with finance in April 2025, Audi Q3 Quatro Stronic 2015 , Registration no. JP91PJ GP. The licence disk expired in October 2025, I only noticed it towards end November . I went to renew at post office I was told the car has been renewed it's expiring 2026 I will have to go where I bought it and get the disk from them. I went to the branch I bought the car at, the Dome on the 18 Dec 2025, they told me they don't have communication about my disk on the system they checked the could find anything, I was given a permit that expired also yesterday the 7th Jan 2026. I've been filling up contacting the call centre and my sales person Loyiso with no luck, he told me he is still on leave, with call centre they put me on hold until the call gets cut off everytime, the last consultant took my details and said they will call back and they did not.

Could you kindly sort this matter for me asap please as I'm currently driving the vehicle that is not licenced to be on the road, I requested they the disk be delivered at Germiston Branch as it is the closest branch to me, the Dome is very far and I have went there and I could get help, or even better at my work place please.
