Exceptional service - Webuycars Midstream

I recently saw a vehicle that I was very interested in at the Webuycars Midstream branch but live in Cape town.

I called the telephone number and was put through to a gentleman by the name of Daniel Maleaka at Midstream branch to find out a little more about the car.

While on call with him, he immediately took it upon himself to go and do a full vehicle inspection for me and also gave me his cellphone number so that he can whatsapp me more information about the car and also his personal opinion after inspection and test driving the car on my behalf.

Daniel sent me a lot of information along with a small repair Webuycars did on the vehicle to get it back to 100%. (cosmetic part) and after receiving all the information I told Daniel that i want to go ahead and purchase whereby I was requested to only pay a small holding deposit for me to fly up, come and test drive myself before finalizing any paper work... which I then did on Thursday 10 January 2019.

I booked myself a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg and arrived at Webuycars Midstream at approx 10am on Saturday morning 12January whereby Daniel met me in the reception area, went to fetch vehicle and I test drove the car and to my disbelief the car was in even BETTER condition than what I had expected considering the purchase price!

I paid a big portion of the funds over via EFT but did not know that Webuycars do not except cash (for obvious safety reasons) but this too was no problem for then as Daniel immediately arranged with one of his managers for a driver to take me to the bank.

After paying for the vehicle and finishing all the paper work, I then got in the car and drove it back to Cape Town without any problems. ( what a beautiful car!!!)

I just want to thank Webuycars + Daniel Maleaka for the amazing service I received from them from start to finish and for even preparing the vehicle for me for the long journey home.

Service like this is VERY hard to come by and people like Daniel Maleaka is one in a million!

Thank you so much Daniel and Webuycars Midstream, my wife is over the moon with her car!

I will definitely support you again and recommend you to everyone.
