Exceptional Service Buying a Ford Ranger 2018!

I recently purchased a black 2018 Ford Ranger from We Buy Cars, and the vehicle is in very good condition. My experience was exceptional, thanks to the amazing team. My Sales Professional, Neo Nkgatho, was the epitome of professionalism. He was very accommodating with my request for an extensive test drive, including checking for highway vibrations, which is something I know some dealerships can be sticky about. Neo Nkgatho was incredibly attentive to everything. He even managed to get back to me and was willing to come in on a Sunday, his day off, showing a remarkable level of dedication and commitment. In the finance department, Jacqui Feenstra was equally superb. She was amazing, fighting tirelessly on my behalf to secure the best finance deal possible. She spent extensive time on the phone with the banks, and her efforts resulted in an outstanding deal for me. A key highlight of my experience was their flexibility and trust. The vehicle needed a replacement indicator, and instead of requiring me to pay for an external mechanic, they were incredibly accommodating. They allowed me to purchase the part directly from Ford and install it myself, which saved me quite a bit of money. They permitted this because I supp**** proof of my proficiency in previously changing that specific indicator. This is the second vehicle I've bought from We Buy Cars. Once you get fami**** with their policies and procedures, they are actually not a bad company to deal with.
