Excellent Service Midstream

Highly recommend the Midstream branch. Recently I had been in search for a new vehicle to drive around and after plenty of searching I came across a gorgeous Polo 1.6TDI with good Mileage and Service records. When I arrived at the dealership we had to wait for the car to come back from a test drive which was not a problem. Our salesman Ian who is a total champion kept conversation with us while I waited. We went for a test drive and I had made it clear that I intend to purchase this beauty of a car, so Ian put the car on hold for the afternoon so that I can send in my application to finance it. Within 2 hours of sending my details I was contacted by Dante who had informed me that he had sent my application to all the major financers in order to get the best deal for me. On Friday morning I was contacted and told that I can come collect.

Not only did they help me get the best car for me, they also found the best deal for me as well as delivering within 24 hours. This is what I would call excellent customer service.
