Hi there, I would like to give a massive shoutout to Bukhobethu Sonjica at We Buy Cars Richmond for the outstanding service he gave me. Honestly, after dealing with very disappointing customer service from the JHB South and Germiston branches, I was close to giving up. The difference in professionalism, communication and dedication from Bukhobethu was on another level completely. I’m based in Johannesburg, yet I received better service from someone in another province than I did from branches right here near me. That alone says a lot. What really stood out for me was the effort this gentleman put in. It was literally raining, and this man still went out of his way, running around in the rain just to send me detailed videos and keep me updated properly. That level of dedication, commitment and willingness to help is rare these days. He went above and beyond from start to finish, treated me with respect, kept communication professional and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
