The process of an auction was all new to me after placing the winning bid.. within minutes, I got a congratulations 🎊 👏 call from Theo,He explained the process going forward & what supporting documents I need, he gave his personal number to send them to him via WhatsApp. I arrived at Webuy cars to collect.. the whole team was friendly, Theo arranged a test drive, I returned signed all the docs and I was on my way.. I also appreciated the red ribbon on my car, a nice touch 👍 REGARDLESS off the value of the vechile.. I felt everyone gets the same treatment.
