Excellent Service
The service received from WBC was phenomenal. During this day and age of multiple legislation and service challenges WBC have managed to meet and exceed the excellent customer service delivery we always want to have. Not only was the process quick and seamless, the manner in which Kris handled the sale was beyond expectations. Being in the services industry I know how hard it is to please customers so you can thank your lucky stars that you have an asset in Kris - be careful i may just poach him :) Thanks WBC for a great service and long may you continue to please and delight customers.

Poach my employees.
I am sitting here with a big smile and I feel very grateful that we are succeeding to a great degree to invest in the right people.
Chris is such a person yes.
Please don't poach him.
But if he gets a better deal, he must go for it you know, then it's good on him.
But people are funny, money is not their main motivator you know.
People sometimes take a reduction in salary to come and work for us, simply because it is really nice working with pleasant, fair, ethical people who really care to make a difference, and keep their word always and do as they promised.
For us as employers it is important that our employees should be proud to work here and carry our name proudly out there.
Especially with their friends and family relaxing in the casual rugby conversation around the braai sort of situation, it would make us proud if they can hold our name high there and over the course of a couple of years word gets out that those guys are some Good Guys, you would want to work for them.
And you know it all ties together, who we are as people, who we are as employers, who we are as family-men, and what we are like as boss's to our own.
That is a new take on it!
