Excellent Customer Service and Experience!

I would like to share the great service I received overall from We Buy Cars in Midstream this past Saturday. David Filmalter was my designated sales guy and he helped me every step of the way with my deal. I left with a great deal from the auction. He was Efficient, Fast and had answers for all my questions. Well done David and keep it up. I will see you there again.

Overall it was the best auction floor I have ever seen and I understand it is the biggest in the southern hemisphere with space for over 1100 vehicles. All the extra vehicles also available for sale apart from the auction stock is an excellent idea.

Another plus was in terms of the price you bid is the price you pay with no other extra's and commissions to take into account. Makes it so simple for the bidder. I even got a discount on the reserve price on the car I bought!

My only hurdle was the poor service at the Cafe. My food was delivered after a very long wait, cold and in a take away container so obviously no proper planning there. I just fell through the cracks on the staff not knowing who the order was for once done.

Otherwise well done on 5 star service!
