EXCELLENT CLIENT SERVICE BY CHRIS JOHNSON FROM WE BUY CARS AS WELL AS EXCELLENT SERVICE RECEIVED FROM "WE BUY CARS"

We decided to sell my wife's car and contacted We Buy Cars. The web page was so user friendly and easy to complete. A few minutes after I submitted the information we received a Whatsapp from the person that will assist us.

A few minutes later Chris Johnson from We Buy Cars contacted me on my cell to make arrangements to view the vehicle. The next day Chris came to view the vehicle (he was on time) and very friendly and helpful.

Merely a couple of minutes later, we were informed of the amount We Buy Cars will offer to purchase the vehicle, which was inline with what we expected. Subsequent to the viewing process, Chris follow-up with us to assist us on how to complete the deal.

We contacted Chris from We Buy Cars the next day to complete the deal and merely a couple of hours later Chris was at my wife's place of business to collect the vehicle. The money was instantly paid into her account when she signed off on the deal.

In respect of Chris' client service, he is friendly, helpful and customer orientated, I rate his service 10 out of 10, if I could I will give him 15 out of 10.
