Everyone is willing to help until the dotted line has been signed. Their after sale service is terrible. I've been waiting for a month for them to contact me for my natis documents, only to find out its been at the George branch for the last three weeks. No one phoned me to tell me they are there and while I phoned Bridget Pansegrouw to follow up with these documents the last month, all of my calls have been ignored. Would not buy from them again.
