I have been waiting for a response from Webuycars. After writing a review on the 13th of March 2023, I received a response from Webuycars that they will investigate and come back to me. It has been over a month now and they have not said anything yet. In addition, I have not received the registration papers for the car since I bought and payed for the car registration since September 2022.
