Empty promises/ terrible service etc..

I am Simangele Mashigo i bought a car at We Buy Car Germiston through finance Nedbank MFC I have never been so disappointed or disrespect like this on my entire life, today I mark full 60 days without paper car,plate, right fog light or at least a permit. 8 have been call since last month no is telling me a solid reason, I even went there after my sales person Mpumelelo Motaung had assured me the plate was ready for collection but when I got there it was a different story so the lady working at registration office (Carry Lisa) went to the lady who was dealing with my finance application her Ceilik all 3 of them until date one has called to update me. I'm frustrated can't use the car since I had a bad experience with traffic officers some time last and I did call Mpumelelo who promised to go check for and call me back. I've tried calling we buy cars customer service was assisted by Sihle who tried to intervene but even said will call me back with more information a week has passed. I was supposed to take the car back to the workshop to repair foglights which they promised it could only take them 5 working days to get it and it's will be same day service until now, please help me I don't know what to do because they don't even want to send me an update return policy so I don't want to do anything that my breach any contract end up having bad score due to incompetence of We Buy Cars. I'm willing to give up the car if they've made a mistake by selling it because it's seems so, I'm literally paying someone's car..
