Empty promises, followed by poor service recovery

Submitted a request for a quote to sell my car on their website. 2 hours later no-one has called me back. The message after submission says someone will call me shorty. On the website Step 2 of 'How to sell your car fast with WeBuyCars' states: One of our trained staff contacts you within an hour of your application and provide you with a value estimate for your car.

So I call their Call Center. The first agent tries to make excuses for why I haven't been called yet, but then puts me on hold to see if an Online Buyer is available. Needless to say, my call is eventually cut. I call back, sepak to Tholosile/Kholosile (couldn't quite get the name). She tells me it normally takes a day, so I refer her to the promise on their website. She puts me on hold for her team leader. I'm presently on hold for 12 min with no-one either coming back to me or taking the transfer!!! Terrible service.
