Empty promises

I bought a car last year in early December at WeBuyCars JHB South and they promised to send my car papers before the end of December or early January so I could buy the car disc since it had expired I was given a ticket now my car can't do business because the paper was not sent to me so I could buy a disc I'm not happy with the promises they made.
