Durban Riverhorse Valley really pathetic service

Durban Riverhorse Valley really pathetic service. Called the first time and was told a salesman would call me back, 3 horis later and a 2nd call dear Mr Javed said he would call me back in 10 mins and it's more than an hour later he hasn't called back. Really poor customer service guys. Is this how we buy cars does business???
