Durban branch junk cars!

I bought a car in October 2018 from the durban branch, test drive was fine but when I paid for the car (merc A170) and before leaving the dealership yard the aircon was not working . They said i must fix it, which i did thinking the purchase was cheap and car good condition. After sending the car to their mechanic i picked up the car and all the lights on the dash started lighting up. One time the gearbox (automatic) slipped into neutral on the freeway . The gear box was damaged R30 000 to repair and than day 3 called the salesman the to cancel the deal he refused and said its not his problem and i bought it as it is . I submitted all information to the OMBUDSMAN MOTOR INDUSTRY and till now i have not received a response . Which leaves me to believe that "we buy cars" has 'FRIENDS' at the motor industry . I am sitting with a car that is not drivable nor safe which is not still not registered and also unable to be taken for COR and the licence disc expires at end of Feb 19.I got a professionals report stating faults and also that the mileage was turned back. Waste if time and a lot of money . Rather pay that extra and get your car else where . Surely the response from we buy cars will be the matter is being dealt with at ombudsmen and is out of their hands .
