Duplicate Warranty

I purchased a vehicle on finance and bought the warranty cash, we buy cars for some reason were charging me every month to my vehicle finance account for another warranty when I queried it they cancelled both the warranties even the one I paid cash for how *********** can you be? We buy cars asked me to contact their customer care which is a load s@#t, I called in with my reference number they say I must wait they will contact me, I have spoken to 3 different people and they cannot assist me it's only Neelan that is doing something, I called Innovation group and they tell me they cannot re-instate the warranty because they paid R15000 back to We buy cars. This is absolutely pathetic, when I ask to speak to a manager they just put me on hold.
