Duplicate Registration

I sold my vehicle to webuycars about 3 years ago which had a personalized registration number . This has since been transferred to my current vehicle. However, I have recently spotted the old vehicle with my personalized registration number still on. I have contacted webuycars and after several months, their only response is that they cannot get hold of the buyer.

I have been running between SAPS and JMPD and they are unable to assist.

To webuycars: 1. How can you let the old vehicle leave your premises without removing the old registration plate 2. How can you let the vehicle be sold without proper registration 3. I need this resolved since is ******** activity linked to this vehicle
