Dropped my car off for a price, haven't heard back in a month. They still have my car... They still ignore my emails. My car has essentially been ******. in a montn

I bought a car, with very hard earned and saved cash for R90k, on the 10th Jan, with a Dekra report of "Minor Faults" The car overheated and packed up 3kms off of the showroom floor. A flatbed came and took the car back to webuycars. They kept the car for 3 weeks, claimed to have fixed the "Minor fault" gave it back and said that the work has a 6 month warranty. The car continued to be unable to drive further than 3km's without overheating and breaking down. I had another flatbed take it to Bosch and after R30k worth of repairs, the car still can't drive further than 3kms. I took it to the dealer for assessment, only to be told another R50k needs to be spent before they look at the engine. After months of runaround with the WBC concerns desk, they told me they can't help. I went into the DBN dealership, spoke to Navin, who told me to take the car into WBC for an asset swap (buy the car back and I buy a new one). I took the car in on the 10th May for a price, and looked at asset swap options. They are still, after a month, sitting with my car. NO ONE has given me a price. No one has an answer as to why they still have my car and haven't given ANY feedback. The sales managers Ronaldo and Navin, are so embarrassed that they can't give me an answer because they're awaiting instruction from their superior, Wayne Duarttee. Wayne completely ignores emails. The only email he responded to was when I threatened to report the car ******. Apparently MY car is at Cartech, awaiting parts and repairs which I know NOTHING about the nature of what they are trying to achieve, and carrying out work on my car without my permission. Branch Manager Wayne continues to ignore my emails, even after a warning that the issue will be taken up WITH MIOSA. A case with the ombudsman was opened today. I bought a car 5 months ago and have driven it less than 200kms. I'm a single Mom of 3 young children. I run my own business in the Midlands. I have no transport. This deal gone wrong is more than just bad customer service. The ramifications of being without a car and no other money or alternative, is about to make my life implode, after 5 years of struggling to build it back up :( Very selfish and unjust consumer treatment.
