dream to disaster dealing with we buy cars dome

we bought a vehicle from We Buy Cars Dome, it was my fiance's dream vehicle, what a disappointment when it turned into a nightmare because the vehicles engine packed up and he hadn't only done 6000 - 8000 km with it. We contacted the service/maintenance plan en Warranty plan company whom in tern sent us to Bosch repair center in Boksburg only to be told that the warranty plan won't cover the replacement or repair because We buy cars sold us a vehicle with a bigger turbo in. The guy from Bosch told us he had to strip the entire motor and send it to engineering works for assesment which would take 3 to 4 weeks then only can he launch the claim to the insurance company for a claim and then likely they will reject it. we contacted Derrick Fritzgerald from we buy cars whom then said they can at least give us 50% of our cost that we paid te replace the motor. It's been more than a month and now he doesn't even take our calls. How sad that the awesome service we got in the beginning ended up being a disaster after sales suck at we by cars dome. all we want is the 50% reimbur*****t we buy cars please contact us!
