Don't waste your time. Go to a dealership rather and pay the extra.

It's not worth the time and effort to got through them and buying a vehicle. It's the worst experience we've ever and will not recommend using them. There is not sense of urgency when you need them and no sense of time. I'm sorry I had to deal with them.
