Dont trust what they say- they say one thing (in writing) and do another

These people are just not honest. They sold me a car that broke down in 3 hours. They said they would get me another car. It took them a full month to find me a car that worked and passed roadworthy. They did not do a trade-in as promised but made me pay the full amount for the other car (twice the price of the original). They promised in writing to reimburse petrol and pay me within hours of collecting the defective car. It took them 4 days and about 20 phone calls and going to the motor vehicle ombudsman just to get paid out for the car. Then they did not pay back its transport to cape town. Then once I showed them I had gone to the ombudsman they paid that back. Still waiting for the agreed in writing petrol to be reimbursed. They say today that they communicated in writing to me over email- no such email was ever received. They say the matter is now closed. The biggest *******! I would not trust them with a barge pole. The Cape Town branch seems a bit better but honestly, it took a month for them to find a roadworthy car- eventually I bought a merc. They made sure they got everything out of me and gave nothing they promised back. I am now over R6000 down in ubers as well due to their shady dealings- they knew full well the car they were sending me would break down and they sent it anyway. ************- I think that's the right description. Lacking in integrity.
