Dont trust them - transfer of ownership

I purchased a vehicle on 29 May 2022. It is now 5 July. I have not heard anything from We Buy Cars since then around the transfer of ownership. Terrible service. The licence disk has expired. I had to pay an additional amount of R350 to We Buy Cars to get a temporary license, and that is about to expire. This is such a money making scheme. It seems that poor service can actually make you money.

I need the transfer of ownership so that I can licence the vehicle and legally drive it.
