Dont trust online auctions

I trusted the photos and Dekra report before bidding on an online auction for a vehicle. When I arrived to collect the vehicle did not match the online pics or the pic on the Dekra report. When I advised the sales person that I would like to cancel the deal for obvious reasons I was advised the webuycars will keep the R5000 from the price paid for the vehicle.

I would have accepted this is the error was on my side. But if webuycars put incorrect pictures on their website, surely they should keep their staff responsible for this. Not a customer that actually tried to support them. This is not ethical business practise.
