Dont trust Dekra reports at We Buy Cars
I bought a jeep compass with dekra certificate showing just 1 minor fault, car was therefore sold to me with a Roadworthy voucher from germiston branch. When i took the car to dekra durban, i was told the car had major suspension problems, wioer blades were torn and i has to replace.
I took the car to a bosch service centre who submitted a report showing the car needed: Wheel bearings Control arms Tie rod ends Front wheel disc Front brake pads Wiper blades
80000km service was missed and gearbox service was missed.
I also noticed the started motor is problematic Power steering squeak when turning, Rust on bodywork, Windscreen washer bottle leaks continuously

16 Nov 2021, 16:40We buy cars standard response, their customer complaints department rep**** to say car was bought 'as is' as per contract, car reference jh35njgp.
A refund of R5000 was paid to me bit now they are claiming it back. U used the money for part repairs to the car already, the salesman Mohammed Seedat from Germiston branch was not helpful at all, never returns calls or wattsup. Bad bad service.
