Dont keep their promises.
Its a pity that what seems to be a great company can be let down by one person not doing their job. I was approved for finance a week ago and I am still waiting for the documents. I was promised the finance documents and the lady said telephonically she was "doing it right now" but still nothing happened. Empty promises. Now I am having second thoughts. Do I really want to buy from a company that do not keep their promises?

31 Jul 2024, 11:14Strangely, nothing happened. This is no more than a canned response from WBC. I made an appointment. When I arrived at the appointed time the finance lady was busy. So what was the point of making an appointment. Still took more than two hours to get the approval through. Pathetic service.
