DONT EVER CONSIDER BUYING A CAR WITH WE BUY CARS!!

Worst decision ever to buy a vehicle from We Buy Cars Port Elizabeth. Bought a vehicle, broke down the day after we collected it. They towed it and repaired it. Next day the vehicle broke down again. 3 days after that we still did not have the vehicle and we instructed them to cancel the whole deal. 4 weeks later and they have not refunded the bank who financed the vehicle. We cant apply for finance for a different vehicle because the current financing first needs to be cancelled. It has taken several emails every single day for 4 weeks, numerous phone calls with so called managers and customer care agents, they promise to get it resolved but every day there is a different excuse and people blaming other departments. In the meantime we have been without a vehicle for a month due to We Buy Cars, this after I traded a perfectly good vehicle with them. The worst service ever, avoid buying a car from this company at all cost!!
