Don't EVER buy a vehicle from We Buy Cars

On 22 April I bought and paid cash for a second hand Ford Ranger from We Buy Cars. After trying repeatedly (many messages and 7 visits to different WBC branches) I eventually collected the registration documents for the vehicle on 12 July - Almost 3 months after paying for the vehicle. Additionally, I had paid for the licensing to take place which never happened. I therefore requested in writing, a number of times, for a refund of the licensing fee. Despite several requests verbally and in writing I have just been ignored and to date have still not received the requested refund. Never-mind the additional COF I had to get done because the original expired.

I would strongly suggest that NO-ONE ever buy a vehicle from We Buy Cars as their staff are not helpful and could not care less about you once they have your money. In particular completely avoid the following people if at all possible as each of them have bene involved in my sad saga: Shanike Joubert, Celest Morris, Marizaan Koen, Bernodette Botes, and Heid Cochrane.
