Don’t buy from webuycars

Horrible service honestly I would even recommend it to my enemy, bought a motorycle which one had no derka report sales agent told my everything was 100% with the bike and that it only had one minor damage on the seat, so I purchased the motorcycle online , I fetched the bike at webuycars germiston and took it to Honda the next day , honda told me that the bike’s engine had been opened and not even properly sealed , the whole engine has to be redone basically to fix the bike I bought for R13k is going to cost me R15k to fix , I called webuycars to lay a complain on the 25th of May to request for a refund and return the bike as this is completely unacceptable; it’s been more than 10 days waiting for feedback on my complaint

The agent Mbali told me it would take 48 hours to solve this, but it’s been more than 11 workings days , everytime I call she claims she has escalated it and is waiting for management truly *** service ,still waiting for them

I always had my doubts about webuycars , I don’t recommend please spend your money else where weele is a much better company
