DON'T BUY CARS FROM WE BUY CARS!!!

My dad bought a car from We buy cars a few months ago. Since then its been hell for him. Hes a pensioner and when his car went in for repairs for a fault the car already had...hes been through hell and back dealing with them as each one is trying to pass the buck to the next! They were experiencing conflict within the company and who is responsible for payments and the repairs etc. Cos the car was still under warranty with We buy cars!!! Now...does the customer (who is a pensioner) pay for this??? Does the customer pay for the incompetency of We Buy Cars??? My dad waited for a month for job that could have been done in a few days!!! He waisted money buying airtime on making numerous phone calls!!! When he eventually got the car back...Guess what??? The car alignment was not done despite the cars suspension being touched! The aircon needed to be regassed for some reason and that was not done either!! All this cost my dad a lot of money. Do these people not have integrity??? Do they not value each customer??? Do they really car about making the sale only??? We buy cars musy investigate this...get the names of the relevant people involved and deal with them! My dad must be reimbursed for everything he paid out of his pocket!!!
